Handoff and Training

A recorded walkthrough of everything that was built, plus short videos you can rewatch or use to onboard new people. Teams also get live training sessions.

Ongoing Partnership

The first month is included. After that, there’s an optional monthly plan for building out new workflows and adjusting things as the tools and your business change.

I've been building Notion systems for small businesses and startups for over five years. This has looked like project trackers, CRMs, client portals, knowledge bases, SOPs and much much more. I've helped over 100 teams across industries like coaching, food and bev, tech, real estate, creative services, deep well infrastructure (I know!), and more.

Grey has been building internal systems for startups since 2020 using no-code tools — and quickly realized how much simpler business could be when the right systems were in place. Over the last five years, Stakt has helped over a hundred teams get organized, automate the tedious stuff, and actually use the tools they're paying for.

More recently, my work has shifted toward AI - specifically, building custom agents and automations in and outside of Notion. Most businesses know AI can help but don't have the time to sort through what's useful and what's not. I handle that part.

I stay current on the tools and infrastructure side so my clients can stay focused on running their business. When something new is worth adopting, I build it into their systems.

What’s an AI agent, in plain terms?

An assistant that knows your business context (your clients, projects and notes) and can do things with it, like creating tasks, updating records or drafting a follow-up. It works inside the tools you already use.

What tools do you build with most?

Notion, Claude, Obsidian, Supabase and ChatGPT, plus Claude Code and Cowork for more advanced setups. Much of the work is building custom skills in Claude and ChatGPT, so the AI handles your recurring tasks the same way every time. The mix depends on what you already use and what the work needs.

Do I need to already use any of these?

No. Plenty of builds start from scratch, and the training covers everything you need to know.

I’m not very technical. Is this still for me?

Yes. Everything is built so you can use it without technical know-how, and the training goes through all of it.

How long does this take?

Most builds are done within a couple of weeks of the intro call. Bigger or more custom builds take longer.

Is my data safe?

Your data stays in the tools you choose, and each connection only gets the access you approve. How far AI reaches into your systems is your call, and the setup follows it. Security at the platform level comes from the tools themselves, so it’s worth picking ones that meet your requirements.
